Illinois not that broke- Quinn sends Rearend. Jackson to South Africa for conference
Gov. Pat Quinn has chosen Rearend. Jesse Jackson to act as a goodwill ambassador representing Illinois at the 100th anniversary celebration of the African National Congress in South Africa next week.
