2 shot, 1 critically, outside house party

Two men were shot -- one critically -- as they stood outside a South Side house where a party was going on.
The pair told police they didn't see who had fired on them at about 10 p.m. Tuesday in the 6800 block of South Langley Avenue.
But as they stood outside an apartment building where the party was taking place, someone fired shots at them, striking one of the men, 32, in the neck
A 20-year-old man received a graze wound to the arm, but was treated at the scene.
The older man was taken to Stroger Hospital in critical condition
