The ranting and threats of a Chicago man convicted of murdering a northwest suburban musician didn’t stop a Cook County judge from sentencing him to life in prison today.
Patrick Taylor, 43, was flanked by sheriff’s deputies in Cook County’s Rolling Meadows branch courthouse Thursday when Judge Hyman Riebman handed down the sentence, declaring Taylor a “lifetime sociopath.”
