Boy, 14, shot, hurt in Washington Park

A 14-year-old boy suffered a non life-threatening wound in a drive-by shooting in the city’s Washington Park neighborhood.
The shooting happened at about 6:20 p.m. Wednesday in the 5800 block of South Wabash Avenue.
A gunman inside a passing van opened fire, striking the teen in the lower back.
