18-year-old man shot in Park Manor neighborhood

An 18-year-old man was in a vehicle near the intersection of 67th Street and St. Lawrence Avenue in the Park Manor neighborhood when someone in a passing white car opened fire, striking him in his chest about 9:30 p.m. He was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital in serious condition
