An art and shop teacher at a Lincoln Park school used his iPhone to take pictures underneath a woman’s skirt Sunday night during an art festival in the Wicker Park neighborhood.
Jeremy Lee, 35, of the 1400 block of West Chicago Avenue, was arrested at 6:55 p.m. Sunday at 1814 W. Division St. during the Renegade Craft Fair.
A security video set up at the festival on Division Street captured Lee using his iPhone to take a video recording of a woman under her skirt without her knowledge, according to a police report. He used an umbrella to disguise what he was doing, according to the report.
The victim signed complaints and Lee, who told police he was an art teacher at Francis W. Parker School, was arrested and charged with a misdemeanor count of video recording a person’s body without their consent.
According to the school’s website, Lee also teaches shop class at the Lincoln Park school.
