2 arrested after 8 windshields smashed in Albany Park
Chicago police arrested two men this morning in Albany Park after windshields were smashed on eight parked cars.
The vandalism took place on the 4500 block of North Bernard Street between Wilson and Sunnyside avenues. BEAT 1723
