Woman, 95, dies after fall from building on SE side

A 95-year-old woman was found dead after she fell from her 2nd floor apartment in the Burnside neighborhood.
The woman, Ella Powell, was found outside of her home on the 800 block of 88th Place at 9:13 a.m..
Police found the woman on a lawn outside of her home
