Is there a day that goes by that the Mighty Bad Quinn the Governor don't sign a bill? New state law aims to help smokers to quit
A new Illinois law requires insurance companies to offer coverage for services meant to get smokers to kick the habit. Governor Quinn signed the law on Monday.
