Three people were injured this morning when a vehicle slammed into a boarded-up house in the Roseland neighborhood on the city's Far South Side.
The collision happened around 12:35 a.m. in the 10200 block of South State Street, according to police and fire officials.
Authorities couldn't immediately say how the collision occurred, but said three adults were injured. The accident spurred an emergency medical response, bringing extra ambulances to the scene.
All three were taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn in serious-to-critical condition.
