29 YEAR OLD SHOT

At 1:13 a.m. in the South Chicago neighborhood, a 29-year-old man was shot in the forearm in the 7900 block of South Chicago Avenue, according to a news release. The man was standing on a sidewalk with a group of people when a dark-colored sport utility vehicle drove by and someone fired shots, injuring the man. He was taken in good condition to South Shore Hospital.
