The "multiple offender" incidents are getting national play:

• CHICAGO—Police here are girding for another weekend of "flash mob" attacks after arresting 29 people in connection with a recent rash of assaults and robberies in and around the city's tony shopping and dining district.
  Twelve crimes involving large groups of young men were reported last weekend, in addition to others earlier this spring. The incidents are some of the first major problems confronting newly appointed Chicago Police Superintendent Garry McCarthy.
  The attacks have received wide attention in Chicago because they have occurred around the city's affluent north side, including near the "Magnificent Mile," a Michigan Avenue strip popular with tourists.

Word from City Hall is Rahm just shit a brick. But good news! The weather looks to cooperate for the next few days. Maybe Chicago will catch a break - the next heat wave doesn't hit until Tuesday.

A small voice of reason:

• Chicago media must identify the race of the aggressors and victims in "flash mob" attacks. There, that wasn't so hard, was it?
  You'd think it was from all the handwringing within and without the media about whether the public should be told whether these are cases of black youth randomly attacking whites. Or of whites attacking blacks. Or of racially mixed gangs attacking racially mixed victims.
  If the attacks are not racially motived, then describing the race of the attackers and victim will clear up the matter. The factual reporting will put to rest any suspicion that random, racially motivated crimes are breaking out. Or feed false stereotypes.

We'll even go a step further - as far as we are aware, in every media reported incident these past ten days or so, the offenders were all black.

AUGH!!!!!!!! The Truth burns!!! It burns!!!!!!

Oh wait. No it doesn't. It didn't even leave a mark. Wow. Didn't Obama's Attorney General Eric Holder call Americans cowards for not being able to discuss race? He did. And why is everyone afraid of it? Because liberals reserve the race card as solely their own to deal when anyone attempts to address racial issues.

We've got big problems here folks. And the silence from so-called black leaders, others making insane excuses, and the complicity of the liberal media in hiding this crap for so long aren't going to solve shit.
