Chicago police are searching for a man who forced a young boy into his SUV earlier this week in the Marquette Park neighborhood, officials said today.
The incident happened on Sunday at about 9 p.m. on the 7000 block of South Artesian Avenue, police said.
The man forced the boy into his blue Cadillac SUV but the boy managed to escape when the man was getting into the driver's seat, police said in an alert
The man is described as black with a dark complexion, between 20 to 30 years of age. He is between 5 feet 8 inches and 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighing between 160 to 170 pounds, police said.
He has black hair with braids going straight back, and with a tear drop tattoo under his right eye and tattoos on both arms including a skeleton tattoo on his right arm. He was last seen wearing a black jacket and black jeans. He was last seen driving the blue Cadillac SUV.
