Teen shot on West Side
A teen was found shot in the hand tonight on the West Side in the city's Douglas Park neighborhood. The shooting happened about 10:40 p.m. on the 1200 block of South Albany Avenue.
The teen suffered a wound to his hand. BEAT 1022
