17-year-old shot dead on south Champlain

a 17-year-old later identified as Ray Gibson, of the 6800 block of South Champlain Avenue, was shot in the chest and left arm by gunmen inside a dark-color car near the corner of 67th Street and Langley Avenue, police said.
Gibson was taken in critical condition to Stroger Hospital, where he later died, police said. The vehicle, believed to be a 1999 Oldsmobile Cutlass, fled south.
