A man was shot in the 4100 block of West Jackson Boulevard in the West Garfield Park neighborhood at 4:10 a.m.
The 34-year-old man was found slumped over in his car with a gunshot wound to his shoulder. He was transported to Mount Sinai Hospital in critical condition.
