A 13-year-old boy was shot and seriously wounded in the Far South Side’s West Pullman neighborhood this afternoon.
The victim was shot near 120th Street and Michigan Avenue and taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center in serious-to-critical condition.
The victim was shot in the shoulder about 1:50 p.m.
