Two men were critically injured in a shooting in the Albany Park.The two men suffered bullet wounds just 9:30 p.m., Tuesday on the 3700 block of West Montrose Avenue, Chicago Police News Affairs Officer Dan O’Brien said.
The victims were quarreling with a third man on a back porch when the man pulled a handgun and opened fire, police said, citing preliminary reports. Both victims had been drinking with the gunman inside an apartment just before the argument began, police said.
One of the victims, a 28-year-old man suffered gunshot wounds to the head and chest, was taken to Advocate Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge. The second wounded man, 41, was taken to Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center, with gunshot wounds to the arm and chest. Both men were critically injured, officials said.
