Two men were wounded in separate shootings on the West Side this morning.
At 12:35 a.m. in the Humboldt Park neighborhood, a man was found shot on the street in the 2600 block of West Haddon Avenue, according to a release from police News Affairs.
He was taken in serious condition to Norwegian-American Hospital.

About the same time in the Lawndale neighborhood, a 29-year-old man was shot in the 2100 block of South Pulaski Road, the release said.
He suffered a gunshot wound to his thigh and was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital.

Hours earlier at 9:46 p.m. in the Roseland neighborhood, a 22-year-old man was shot in the face in a playlot in the 11400 block of South Eggleston Avenue, a release said.
He was taken in serious condition to Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn.
