18-year-old man shot in Chatham neighborhood

At about 6:30 p.m., an 18-year-old man was shot on the 8000 block of South Stewart Avenue in the city's West Chatham neighborhood.
 The man was taken in serious-to-critical condition to Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn

33 YR SHOT

Another shooting about 11:43 p.m. on the 7700 block of South Sangamon Street in the city's Gresham neighborhood involved a 33-year-old man who was shot in his shoulder, back and leg. He was taken to Stroger Hospital, but his condition was not immediately available, said Police News Affairs Officer Ron Gaines. Police said the shooting appears to be a drive-by.
