Man shot twice in the South Chicago neighborhood

A man was shot twice in the South Chicago neighborhood at about 7:30 p.m. today, one of at least four shootings in Chicago since noon.
The man, 24, was standing on a corner near 83rd Street and Saginaw Avenue when he heard several shots and realized he was hit.
He was taken to Stroger Hospital in fair condition with gunshot wounds to his back and arm.
