Two boys, 11 and 14, shot in Avondale

Two boys, ages 11 and 14, were shot while standing on a porch in the city’s Avondale neighborhood Thursday night.
A man or boy in a dark-colored SUV drove past the residence in the 3200 block of North Albany Avenue and fired shots at about 9:15 p.m..
Both victims suffered graze wounds -- the 11-year-old to his ankle and the older boy to his right leg -- and were treated at the scene.
