Suspect in Englewood triple-shooting held on $100,000 bond

A teenager who is charged with shooting three people before a traffic crash Friday in the Englewood neighborhood has been ordered held on $100,000 bond.
 Deonte Haywood, 18, was charged Sunday with aggravated discharge of firearm and aggravated unlawful use of a weapon following the shooting and crash in the 7200 block of South Paulina Street.
 On Sunday, Judge Jackie Portman order Haywood held on a $100,000 bond and set a preliminary hearing for Sept. 16.
 Three men on the street were shot in the incident, which happened at 9:18 p.m.. Somebody inside the vehicle also fired shots at officers — who did not return fire — before the vehicle crashed.
 Fire Media Affairs said three men in their early 20s were taken in critical condition with multiple gunshot wounds — two to John H. Stroger Jr. Hospital of Cook County and one to Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn.
 Two of them had been upgraded to good condition as of early Saturday, while one remained in serious condition. One person in the vehicle was injured in the crash. No officers were injured.
