Man shot in Rogers Park neighborhood

A man was shot in the leg in the Far North Side Rogers Park neighborhood early Thursday.
 The man, 23, was standing with a group of people on the sidewalk in the 1600 block of North Shore Avenue when he was shot about 1:35 a.m..
 He was shot in the right ankle and taken to St. Francis Hospital in Evanston in good condition.
