Man shot dead on South Side
A 18-year-old man identified by the Cook County Medical Examiner’s office as 18-year-old Devon Berner died after being shot in the Washington Park neighborhood this afternoon.
The shooting took place on the 6100 block of South Martin Luther King Jr. Drive. Officials had earlier said the location was in the Parkway Gardens neighborhood.
