Swimmer pulled from water off Ohio Street Beach dies

A 19-year-old Hanover Park man died after Chicago Fire Department divers pulled him from Lake Michigan where he was swimming with friends.
Javier Rivera, of the 1300 block of  Santa Anita Drive was swimming with a group of his friends and was about 50 yards offshore near the Ohio Street Beach but could not make it back to shore from a buoy.
