Beto Rodriguez, 28 shot dead

 Homicide occurred about 3 a.m. this morning in the 4900 block of South Wolcott Avenue in the Back of the Yards neighborhood on the South Side, police said. Beto Rodriguez, 28, of the 4900 block of South Wolcott, was pronounced dead at 6:40 a.m. at the Stein Institute, according to the medical examiner's office.
