Man shot in Hanson Park neighborhood
A 20-year-old man was seriously wounded tonight in a shooting on the Northwest Side in the city's Hanson Park neighborhood.
The shooting happened about 8:20 p.m. on the 2000 block of North Laramie Avenue, police said.
Preliminary reports stated a man was shot in his thigh and taken in serious condition to Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center.
