Man shot in Garfield Park

In the East Garfield Park neighborhood, another man, 28, was shot in the 3800 block of West Huron Street about 3:15 a.m. He had been standing on a corner with another man and told police he "heard shots and felt pain." Police said he "became uncooperative" when he got to the hospital.
