Shooting leaves woman dead, teen wounded in Humboldt Park

A woman was killed and a 15-year-old boy wounded during a shooting tonight in the Humboldt Park neighborhood.
The victims were shot about 6:20 p.m. in the 1600 block of North Spaulding Avenue.
A 36-year-old woman who’d been shot in the chest at the Spaulding address was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital, where she was declared dead
Elizabeth Pabon, 36, was hit in the chest and taken to Mount Sinai Hospital, according to the medical examiner's office. She was pronounced dead at 6:59 p.m.
