Nicholas T. Raske, of the 1400 block of West Cortez Street, was charged with felony sexual exploitation of a child.
Police said Raske was exposing himself while masturbating in the presence of several children playing at the park
Raske was taken into custody Wednesday at 5:25 p.m. after someone saw him in the Dean Playground Park in the 1300 block of North Dean Street, masturbating while in the presence of children at 5:10 p.m.

I used to know this guy about four our five years ago. Always seemed like a nice cat. Had absolutely no idea he was doing this shit. I would have f*cked him up back then if I did.
