Body pulled from lake at Edgewater beach

A woman's body has been pulled from Lake Michigan off a beach in the Edgewater
The body was spotted near rocks around 12:45 p.m. by someone near the 900 block of West Thorndale Avenue.
Officials said the woman appeared to be in her 40s. Earlier.
The Cook County medical examiner's office has been contacted about the woman's body and said the woman was wearing a bathing suit.
