About 2:55 a.m., a 34-year-old man was shot in the elbow in the 500 block of West 104th Street. The man was riding in a vehicle when he heard gunfire and felt a bullet graze his elbow.
The man was taken to MetroSouth Medical Center in Blue Island, where he was listed in good condition.
They wont talk to cops so they can kill the bitch who shoot them.
