23-year-old man shot in Oakland

At about 12:25 a.m. a 23-year-old man was hurt in a drive-by shooting in the 3600 block of South Rhodes Avenue. Someone in a passing dark sedan opened fire, striking the man in the lower right leg. The man was taken to Mercy Hospital and Medical Center, where his condition was stabilized.
