1 wounded in Park Manor shooting

Chicago Fire Department paramedics were called to the scene of a shooting on the South Side in the city's Park Manor neighborhood this afternoon.
Shortly after 4:35 p.m., paramedics were called to the 7100 block of South Vernon Avenue for a report of two shooting victims.
As of 5:10 p.m., only one person had been found who was wounded at that location,
Preliminary information said a man was shot in his ankle near the 7100 block of South King Drive.
The man was later taken to Jackson Park Hospital and Medical Center
