Two 18-year-old men shot in Austin and 1 million dollars of taxpayer's money isn't enough for CeaseFire to snitch

Two 18-year-old men were shot about 11:30 p.m. in the 100 block of North Pine Avenue in the South Austin neighborhood. One was shot in the buttocks and taken to Loyola University Medical Center and the other was shot in the hand and is in good condition at West Suburban Hospital
