17-year-old shot in Cragin and 1 million dollars of taxpayer's money isn't enough for CeaseFire to snitch

A 17-year-old was shot in the foot about 12:45 a.m. and is in good condition at Our Lady of the Resurrection Hospital. He was in the 2800 block of North Mason Avenue in the Belmont Central neighborhood when he was shot.
