19-year-old man shot in Gresham

A 19-year-old man arguing with another man was grazed in the neck by a bullet and drove himself to Little Company of Mary Hospital and Health Care Centers. He was in the 7600 block of South Ashland Avenue about 1:15 a.m. when the shooting happened.
