Woman's body found in West Town lot

A woman was found dead in a vacant lot in the West Town neighborhood with a possible gunshot wound to her head.
Police were called to the 1800 block of West Fulton Street about 9 a.m. after a person saw the woman's body in the lot.
After police and paramedics arrived, investigators determined that the woman may have sustained a gunshot wound to her head.
She was pronounced dead at 10:25 a.m. at the scene.
Preliminary information indicated that the woman may have been in her late teens to early 20s
