Man, 26, dies following weekend shooting

A South Side man shot and critically wounded over the weekend died at a Chicago hospital.
The 26-year-old victim was shot in the face by two gunmen as he sat on his front porch in the 5700 block of South Sangamon Street in the Englewood neighborhood about 12:35 a.m. Saturday.
The victim, Roshone Eldridge, of the Sangamon Street address, was rushed to John H. Stroger, Jr. Hospital of Cook County in critical condition.
Eldridge was pronounced dead there Monday morning.
