50-year-old man shot dead in Lawndale

At , about 7:20 p.m., a 50-year-old man from Oswego was shot in the chest in the 1600 block of South Central Park Avenue. Two assailants gained entry to an apartment and, after a struggle, Elijah Johnson was shot.
Johnson was pronounced dead at Mount Sinai Hospital at 8:01 p.m
