29-year-old man shot in Homan Sqaure

Saturday afternoon in the Homan Square neighborhood, a 29-year-old man was shot about 2:40 p.m. in the 700 block of South Homan Avenue.
The man told police he was sitting in a vehicle when a blue minivan approached and someone inside fired shots at the car.
The man was struck in the buttocks and transported himself to Mount Sinai Hospital
