24-year-old man shot in Garfield Park

A 24-year-old man was outside talking with his 23-year-old girlfriend around 10:15 p.m. Sunday in the 400 block of South Keeler Avenue when a gunman approached and shot the man two to three times in the lower right leg.
The man was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital, where his condition had stabilized early Monday. The girlfriend was not wounded
