Southwest Side wreck kills man, 32

A 32-year-old man was killed when the car he was driving struck a light pole and rolled over on the Southwest Side early Saturday.
About 3 a.m., first responders found someone trapped inside a rolled-over Mercury Sable in the3100 block of South Western Avenue.
The car's sole occupant, later identified as Delmond Strong of the 3600 block of West Polk Street, was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital and pronounced dead at 3:32 a.m.
Police believe Strong struck a light pole after losing control of the Sable as it traveled northbound
