Man shot in Garfield Park

A  man told police he was shot on a block in the West Garfield Park neighborhood.
He was dropped off at Loretto Hospital on Central Avenue off the Eisenhower Expressway before 9 p.m. with a gunshot wound to the neck.
The "uncooperative victim" told police he was shot in the 4100 block of W. Gladys Avenue about 8:40 p.m but police didn't find anything to indicate the crime had taken place there.
