Man shot in Altgeld Gardens

A man was shot in the Altgeld Gardens neighborhood on the Far South Side this afternoon.
Paramedics went to the 700 block of East 133rd Street about 1 p.m. for a gunshot victim.
The person shot was taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn in serious-to-critical condition
