Man who shot two women found hiding in backyard

A 21-year-old East Garfield Park man was found hiding in a back yard after shooting two women early Tuesday morning.
David Victory, of the 600 block of North Springfield Avenue, was charged with two counts of attempted murder and a two other gun related charges.
The two shot, 17 and 21, are both expected to survive. The older of the two was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital with a gunshot wound to the chest and a graze wound to the head.
The teen was taken to John H. Stroger Jr. Hospital of Cook County with a gunshot wound to the leg.

Victory was found within about 20 minutes of the shooting, which happened about 5 a.m. in the 700 block of South Kilbourn Avenue.
Witnesses gave responding officers a description and police formed a boundary around the neighborhood and found Victory hiding.
Police saw Victory jumping a fence near the scene after the shooting and found him in the 700 block of South Kostner Avenue
