18-year-old man shot in South Chicago

At about 4:35 p.m. an 18-year-old man was shot on the 8900 block of South Phillips.
The man sustained a gunshot wound to his neck and was taken in critical condition to John H. Stroger, Jr. Hospital of Cook County.
