Man shot in Garfield Park

In a incident on the West Side, a man arrived at Mount Sinai Hospital about 12:30 p.m. and told authorities he had been shot in the arm at Madison Street and Kostner Avenue in the West Garfield Park neighborhood.
Authorities went to the scene and found evidence the shooting took place at that intersection
