Man shot dead in chicago Lawn

At about 5:40 p.m., a man was pronounced dead after he was shot on the 5900 block of South Richmond Street.
The man was on the street when a male offender got out of a dark-colored SUV, went up to him and shot the victim in the throat and thigh. The man, who appeared to be in his 20s, was pronounced dead at the scene
